As president of Castle Mount Investments, Martin Schlosberg has over twenty five years of experience in the planning, construction, development, management and marketing of real estate assets. He has performed asset management for some of the country’s largest lenders back in the early 1980’s in the “work out” of the REITS from the late 1970’s, which properties included single family developments, hotels, multi family properties, golf courses, marinas and entitlements and development of raw land.
 

Castle Mount Investments has been managing residential and commercial properties for over twenty five years, and has managed properties for Northern Trust Bank, City National Bank and Trust Company of the South.

The firm is experienced in addressing zoning issues, resolving construction related matters in the development process as well as project buy out and contract negotiation.
